Easy to install.
The ladder bracket installs with a cordless drill in as little as five minutes. Comes with all fixings including specialised buttress threaded HEX drive roofing screws (no pre-drilling).
They do not require an additional flashing kit.
Comes with a special low carbon EPDM separation/ flashing strip (non conductive insulation) which prevents corrosion and gives you a watertight fixing.
